About this project
Truxcor is a B2B machinery marketplace designed to modernise how businesses discover machinery, connect with potential buyers and sellers, and manage commercial enquiries. Our team is developing an integrated web and mobile platform that brings machinery listings, bidding workflows, enquiry management, and business interactions into a unified digital ecosystem. The platform is being built with a modular application architecture using Next.js for the web application and NestJS for the backend. The backend follows a monolithic architecture, providing a centralised foundation for business logic, APIs, and application services. Key platform capabilities include: • Machinery Listings: Structured listings that allow sellers to showcase machinery and specify base prices. • Competitive Bidding: A workflow for buyers to submit offers on machinery listings. • Enquiry Management: Business enquiry workflows designed to connect interested buyers with relevant sellers. • Privacy-Focused Interactions: Workflows designed to protect buyer and seller identities until the appropriate stage of the transaction. • Real-Time Communication: WebSocket-based functionality to support live application updates and interactive workflows. • Web and Mobile Applications: An integrated product experience spanning a Next.js web application and a React Native mobile application built with Expo. • Cloud Infrastructure: AWS EC2 for application hosting and Cloudflare R2 for object storage. • Email Integration: Resend integration for application email delivery and relevant notifications. The project combines modern web technologies, cross-platform mobile development, real-time communication, and cloud infrastructure to build a scalable foundation for B2B machinery transactions. The platform is currently under development, with the objective of supporting practical business workflows in a secure and reliable digital environment.
